At Tummycart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • The original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.

  • The product was ordered by mistake or is no longer wanted after delivery (unless otherwise stated).

Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following situations:

  • A replacement cannot be arranged due to stock unavailability.

  • The order is cancelled before it is shipped.

  • The product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, and a replacement is not possible.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after the required account details are provided.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
